Great time biking in Duncan on Vancouver Island! I can't believe how beautiful these views are. Heading off to Tofino now for a couple night for some surfing! 

I've been having a lot of fun these last few days! Ventured up Cougar Mountain and did the Treetop adventure course. It was so much fun. 3 hours of high ropes was a good work out! Then the next day went white water rafting up in Pemberton. Even on a glacial river it was still so hot!  Looking forward to the next adventure!

                               

It has been so hot lately! Wishing I was laying on the beach. Training is going well, feeling better than ever.

At it again! This place is so addicting, i'll never get bored.

Whoop Whoop some exciting news today! I have officially been named to the National Snowboardcross team! Hard work really does pay off. Excited more than ever for the upcoming season! Like my facebook page for daily updates! :)
